We aim to respond to all online registration queries within three working days. Some replies will take longer if another department needs to approve them. Please don’t send the same query more than once as this may cause your registration to be paused longer than necessary.

Check the status of each query on your Query Tracker page:

• P = Processing, so is not yet resolved

• C = Complete, matter resolved so continue with online registration

• A = Awaiting authorisation, not yet resolved, awaiting authorisation from your faculty or for information or amendments from another department.

If your query is red, you will need to wait until it is resolved before you can continue. We will answer your query as soon as we can, although please be aware we may take a little longer than usual during peak times of the year (particularly September and January registration). If your query is black, you won’t need to wait for a response – please continue with your online registration.
