If you are experiencing issues completing online registration, please refer to the following guidance:
- If you are having trouble completing the Module Confirmation page, please choose the option ‘the module information above is incorrect’ and click ‘Submit’.
- If you are having trouble completing the Tuition Fee page, please click ‘Submit Query’ to log a query with the Student Finance team.
Please note that choosing either of these options will temporarily block you from proceeding with online registration until the relevant team can assess your issue. Please keep checking your online registration over the following days to see whether your query has been resolved.
If you are experiencing any other issues with online registration, please submit an enquiry in the Digital Student Centre. Please note the Student Centre team can be very busy during the registration period, but we will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible.
